How It Works

This agent runs on a simple but powerful loop every morning at 8:00 AM:

  1. Fetch (The Context): It pulls every "Active" deal from your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
  2. Research: It uses Tavily to perform a live web search for each company, specifically looking for new news: funding, hiring, expansion, or product launches.
  3. Analyze: This is the magic step. We feed that news into Google Gemini with a strict prompt: "Is this actual news, or just noise?" It filters out stock price fluctuations and generic PR to find the real buying signals.
  4. Action: If a signal is found, it doesn't just ping you. It drafts the email in Gmail for the AE.
    • Subject: "Congrats on the Series B"
    • Body: Ties the news directly back to the deal context (e.g., "Saw you just raised... usually that means you need to scale X... which is why we discussed Y.")
